As the Procurement Lead at The Maker Group, Paul brings vast experience leading strategic procurement engagements with a focus on value optimization, process improvement, business systems and leadership coaching/engagement. He has a talent for identifying opportunities for operational improvements and implementing solutions aligned with strategic mission and fiscal targets with experience delivering optimization strategies within the most highly regulated environments.
Prior to joining The Maker Group, Paul served in multiple executive/senior leadership roles in public and private organizations to include Active Duty (USAF) and Civilian Government Contracting Officer, Global Marketing Category Manager at a leading financial services firm, and as Chief Procurement Officer.
